Thank you for your interest in our programs!
Please find below 2 easy-registration options which we have prepared for you.
Option 1:
Please download the program brochures of your choice from our website. You can find the brochures here
*An additional RM 30 will be levied for hardcopy registration.
Steps:
- Please fill in all fields and ensure provided information are correct especially your NRIC number and CMSRL number (if applicable).
- Please fax or email the filled-in registration form to us. Our fax number is 03 - 7710 0278, and our email is service@deakin.com.my
- Call us to confirm that we've received the registration form, if you do not hear from us.
- Once we received the registration form, we will send you the invoice by fax.
- An official invoice will be mailed to your address.
Option 2:
Online Registration
Steps:
- Please call or email us for your login ID and password
- Login to http://www.deakin.com.my/cpe_login_form.php
- Enter your login ID and password
- Enter all the required fields and ensure all fields are fully completed
- Click 'submit' then click "yes" to add more registration; or "no" to complete the current registration.
- Once we received the registration form, we will send you the invoice by fax.
- An official invoice will be mailed to your address.
Payment:
- Payment has to be made before the event day.
- Please provide a Letter of Undertaking if you are only able to provide the payment on the event day itself. We are able to provide you with a sample Letter of Undertaking, upon request.
- Payment has to be made to Deakin International Sdn Bhd Maybank A/C: 5122 313 200 77
