Standard Registration Procedures

Thank you for your interest in Deakin's programs. Below are the options and steps for registration for our programs:

Option 1

Normal registration.

*An additional RM 30 will be levied for hardcopy registration.

Please drop us an email at service@deakin.com.my requesting the registration form for the particular program you are interested to attend. Upon receiving the form from us, please follow the steps below:

Steps:
  1. Please fill in all fields and ensure provided information are correct especially your NRIC number and CMSRL number (if applicable).

  2. Please fax or email the filled-in registration form to us. Our fax number is 03-7710 0278, or you can email directly by replying to the email address.

  3. Call us to confirm that we've received the registration form, if you do not hear from us.

  4. Once we received the registration form, we will send you the invoice by fax.

  5. An official invoice will be mailed to your address.


Option 2

Online Registration

As part of its paperless-office initiative, Deakin has initiated an online registration process for participants of its courses in order to encourage the conservation of paper. To that effect, we welcome you to join us in this initiative by following the simple steps below to register online for all our upcoming programs!!

Steps:
  1. Register online for our programs here

  2. Please call us at 03-7118 3123 for a login ID and password

  3. Enter all the required fields and ensure all fields are fully completed

  4. Click 'submit' then click "yes" to add more registration; or "no" to complete the current registration.

  5. Once we received the registration form, we will send you the invoice by fax.

  6. An official invoice will be mailed to your address.



Payment Procedures

Deakin appreciates timely payments for your registration in our programs. Please observe the following payment requirements below for ease of administration:
  1. Payment has to be made before the event day.

  2. Please provide a Letter of Undertaking if you are only able to provide the payment on the event day itself. We are able to provide you with a sample Letter of Undertaking, upon request.

  3. Payment has to be made to Deakin International Sdn Bhd Maybank A/C: 5122 313 200 77
